In the heart of the neighborhood, you will find two main streets, Kydathinaion and Adrianou, which are connected by picturesque alleys and paths. There are only pedestrian paths which makes it ideal for touring around  without worrying about cars or motorbikes. Close to that place you can discover the Roman Forum, where you can also pay a visit to the Tower of the Winds, the Fethiye Mosque and the Gate of the Archangel Athena. Another stop in the area of Plaka is Anafiotika, close to big central hotels Athens. Located on the east side of Acropolis and above Plaka, this spot is a small neighborhood built by craftsmen and architects from Anafi.
